Is that for my question?

'Tis.

One person finds a place, tpc's everyone else there, nek minnit no more house. The person who's defending their home would have less chance of succeding if there a bunch of people there. Like I said though, I am in no way a regular hardcore player, so I could easily be way off.

Here are some donor perks I had thought of:
Shorter cooldown on home and spawn
Shorter timers for home and spawn
A once off set of goodies (Example: golden apples, bottles o enchanting, 2 Pig/Sheep eggs, Enchanted sword)
A self heal command (with a long cooldown, possibly somewhere between 1-12h)
A secure private chest at the spawn to stash all your best loot (Possibly to much since it wrecks the hardcore idea)
I would have added teleport commands a long time ago, but they just cause a bunch of problems and arguments.
Mutiple homes is a great idea to, but the setback is that it makes raiding way to easy.
Does anyone have any other ideas that could work?
