Just to let you know that achievements are announcing in chat, which they weren't before. Also on hard core (not sure for on main) when you chat there is autocapitalisation and autopunctuation which might be frustrating.

- Removed auto capitalization
- Removed the block on /gm
- Made the sign swear filter stricter (there wasn't one before)
- Turned off the "requirement to move" before using the chat when logging in
- Added a 3 second delay between chat messages to prevent people hitting enter every 2 words spamming chat
- Disabled repeat command blocking for those of you who love to /home around
- disabled the anti advertising thing. NZnetwork has no issues with people advertising and it blocked regular web addresses such as imgur links
- Chat now blocks repeat messages that are said one after another without delay and allows repeat messages that have a delay between them to prevent people saying hello over and over, but not to people as they join the server
- NZ-ified the anti-swearing message to say "Your swearing shall not pass!!!" (no need to try it please)
- Added a few mod tweaks to prevent people bypassing the filter in secrecy on signs
- Disabled advancements announcements in all worlds
